Updated and now cannot sign in as password says network error can't order as guest because I'm a regular account so unable to use orderedby phone and lost my order Please fix the bug! Thx Can never quickly order because in space to enter password is superimposed Reset Password so have to order as guest renter all information every time Please help us
Does not allow for customizations. Such as substituting fried eggs instead of scrambled on the breakfast bowls. Some items say not available until 10:30, but they are if you go in.
Cannot get to a menu cannot use it to order online it just says loading loading loading loading... USELESS

One of the worst apps I've ever used. Most of the time won't even load the menu. Get halfway through an order and it locks up so you have start over. Complete waste of time.
Getting app error without even touching it. Tried ordering on website. No options for locations. We know there is a location in Horn Lake, MS, but it defaults to Nashville even though my location is on it claims to not have my location. Even after entering the zip code it doesn't locate any location. Even after manually entering the city and state as given for an option, it doesn't work. We've tried to order for 2 days. Not even the phone number works. What happened to the app, site and mgmt?
Worst app ever. Orders never make it to store. Pickup arrival notice never works. No updates to when order is ready. Why they bother having this third party app I cannot understand.
Utter failure...was able to get on waitlist, but could not check in upon arrival or pay check. Uninstalled.
App won't download on my Galaxy S22 5G!
