Everytime I tried to place order it kept saying error validating basket
Bad sad bad app. Use the website or something other than this app its so bad. You will spend more time trying to figure out that it worked than this app is supposed to save let alone finding anything on it without it telling you it's not available for 90% of the menu. Just don't download it. I promise. It will be better this way.
Cannot pay on app. The app does not accept the "Y" button input when typing in the receipt code, which my receipt code started with. I'm fine with paying with the cashiers, but such a simple feature should have been figured out by now.
App doesn't store your info so you have to enter your name and phone number and closest store every time you use it. I click the "I'm here" button and get an error saying I have to be at the store. I'm sitting right in front of the store in the parking lot, I'm here. Update: Several months later decided to try eating here again. Clicking the I'm here button still gives an error saying you have to be here to click I'm here. Once again, I'm parked right in front of the restaurant.
App doesn't work. Foesn't allow me to pay for dine in
App continually dumps your cart out, then all the items reappear. Slow to load, doesn't save any of your information. Waste of time to download it's easier to just order on their website
Ordered 5 times. This app keeps making you enter your information every time. Then it crashes at the end and makes you start over.
After trying to order online, I spent 45 minutes on the app trying to order curbside delivery. I called & its open till 10pm. But the app would not take orders for this store. I finally went into the store to tell them that their app wasn't working. Two young girls working at the front of the store went and got the manager. While he leaned on the counter, chomping on his gum, he informed me he knew the app didn't work. It thought they closed at 8pm & would not take orders at 7:30 pm.
It refuses to download. Weird. Never had that happen with an app before.
