Couldn't get my order to go through despite trying several times.
Very glichy, freezes up frequently
Can't even get it to install. Keep getting error messages related to developer issues.
I use the dine in pay all the time. It makes it nice to skip the line and just walk out. The only problem I have is anytime my receipt code has the letter Y in it, the app will mot accept the letter Y when I type it. I've tried changing keyboards, reinstalling the app, nothing, it will not accept a letter Y.
PURE GARBAGE. NOT EVEN WORTH TALKING ABOUT IT... JUST A PURE APP. Need to be a way to give zero Stars
There's nowhere to use a gift card. Why even have gift cards??
Tried to pay my check on the app and it wouldn't accept payment. Not good for COVID!
Unable to pay in store which was the whole reason I downloaded the app. Only gives me the message that I must be in the restaurant to pay. Literally sitting at my table and the app even detected that I was in the store. Utter garbage.
Bank keeps rejecting card as "invalid transaction - declined". Tonight made the second and last time that will happen as I will be uninstalling this app. For all I know these "card declines" may be erroneously affecting my credit! No thanks... Oh, the same card worked just fine for three purchases in their gift shop before and after this tabletop experience.
