Trying to order just a meal of chicken and dumplings keeps taking me to the cater menu just not going to bother
Cannot order online or through this app, my cart will not let me remove items - and every item I try to add throws an error message saying no longer available. I would give 0 stars if possible.
Update 2/13/22 Now every time I try to order I get a pop-up telling me that it's no longer available. Doesn't say what is no longer available. I've tried ordering several different entrees and get the same error message. This is really pathetic, Cracker Barrel. It can't be that hard to make your app work properly. And no updates are available, so that's not the problem.
Service was horrible.
This app needs some work. There's no way to opt out of marketing promotion notifications and it doesn't close when you try to back out of it.
Too bad the app isn't even half as good as the food. Every time I attempt to order online it says sorry! Call us to place order.
Why do I have to login every time I open the app??? It doesn't save login credentials... Why doesn't it save my payment details??? I have to enter it every time I order... I hope you didn't pay whoever wrote this app... seriously I would get a refund...
No option to remove seasoning from fish. No option to add special instructions, which every smart app has, so I can put in for no seasoning (or anything else I might need). I think okay, I can handle a little seasoning even though I hate it. The fish comes out so seasoned it burns my eyes to even smell it. Waste of money, can't eat it. And when you try to pay for a dine-in meal using the app, it doesn't work. It has never worked once. Garbage app.
This is the most inconsistent app in terms of working and paying and getting stuck with unexpected error messages. Way better to just order from the website.
