Do NOT use for bill pay. App wouldn't give me confirmation if the card went through or not and i was using a travel per deim card to pay that i do not have direct access to the transaction history to check. I can just see the balance. Lady at the register said it didn't go through so i paid with a different card just in case. Go back and check balance and i am certain it went through. Now i will have to fight to get my cash back.
Wish I could give zero stars. I'm not sure if it's the app or my local Cracker Barrel, but I can't order anything. Why?
Never lets me pay my dine in bill in store. Useless!
Can't use the Pay for dine-in meal function anymore. Even after choosing the store, it says I need to be in a store to use that function. Lowering review to one star until the developer actually cares to improve this problem. I have plenty of reception sitting in the restaurant, and it won't recognize that I am here. I have allowed it to find my location, so that isn't it.
I have used the app to pay 1 time. The rest of the time it does not work! UGH. Why have an app you can not use.
Sc rew cracker barrel for real! I called for 15mins b4 anyone answered the phone. Then when they did, they said it was 30mins b4 close so they couldn't take my order! Im sick of all these businesses having horrible customer service/ services practices! I'm sick of the covid excuses. And I'm REALLY sick of everything closing so early. Might as well move to Mayberry. Uninstalling app and you people can s u c k it!
Crashes when I pay for dine-in. I've tried multiple times and it crashes every time. Same 3 months later.
Pro-tip: you can't use CB Gift cards to order carryout/delivery on the app. They're only useful in the store.
Every time I try to order it says "this item is no longer available " y'all need to fix your damn app. It's not just me!....it's a year later, and the app is still buggy.
