Yep. 1 star is too many. Just read all of these comments and do the right thing. Run away. Dang guys, fix this. I love the food but this entire process is a nightmare and I uninstalled this garbage immediately. Bye Cracker Barrel. Update: Tried again to order online just in case the app was improved, but you can't use a gift card online or with the app. So I called my order in and asked for curbside. No curbside except for online orders. Christ. 12 year olds build better apps.
App payment is garbage needs improvement. Just tried to pay on the app and declined 2 cards (Visa and Mastercard). Errors indacted the following: 1) Declined Generic Error 2) Declined expired (worked just fine at the register) Just downloaded the app while waiting for the food not an update issue.
Waste of time. Used the app to get on the waiting list. Received a text saying I would get a text when table was ready. Was never put on waiting list. This and the phone service I received will deter me from going back to crackle barrel in the future.
Trash app....Blocked my card because it was putting in the expiration date wrong. Just don't download it. Pay at the front or maybe let this trash restaurant finally.
App never let's me pay.
Declined both debit and PayPal card.. ironic I payed with the PayPal at register. Please fix
Why is this app so big? Im not downloading this stupid thing just to pay the ticket because you dont want to have a second cashier
That was the most errors I've ever experienced using an app
Cannot log in and use the app to pre-order anything. Cannot use a gift card. I live 45 minutes away. I can easily find somewhere else to eat. Gift card can go in the trash. Edited to add I just called the restaurant to try to order for 10:30. And was told I cannot order chicken and dumplings until 11:00. I have to drive into Houston that's not going to give me time to eat and make my doctor appointment.
