Downloaded the app TWICE now(21May AND 14Dec), entered two different card #s, attempted to use said credit cards 3 times with ZERO errors, but rather just kicked right out of the app with NO errors provided. Until an update is released, you'll need to pay for ur DELICIOUS food at the register. I would give it a ZERO out of 5 stars if it was possible. (Yes, I've sent an email to the developers for an attempt at getting some effort out towards FIXING it, but never got a response!!)
What good is this app if it won't load? All I get is a blank screen.
App doesn't work and has constant errors. Better to just use the website.
I got the app to download however when trying to use the feature to pay your dine in bill that was a train wreck. It's like this was not even meant to be a mobile app. I was finally able to enter the code from my bill but then after entering my payment info the app crashed. Not user friendly at all. Uninstalled
Can't Order What I Want Without Ordering A F'n Meal
The app is a bit wonky and not very intuitive. Entering my credit card data was easy until the final "next" button. But it doesn't change the screen afterwords. When I completed the payment process through the app, it did not provide a confirmation of payment, and there was no email or text message to confirm payment. Had to ask the cashier to check if the payment actually went through. Kind of negates the benefit of using the app to pay instead of just paying the cashier.
What the point of this thing if there is no option to scan table QR code? Asking for receipt number. Missing the point of the app completely.
It doesn't work much of the time but you have to enter all your info before finding out it doesn't work. Often defaults to the message that an item is no longer available when it is available if ordered by phone.
I signed up for the app, added my credit card and it denied my lunch purchase that resulted in my credit card being frozen. I had to call my bank to unlock my card! Uninstalled!!!!
