The seating time was of by about an hour!
Tried to use app to pay. Said card expired. Used same card at register worked fine
After their website failing, trying to call and then finally downloading the app to order like they suggested, I'm deleting this app. Worthless!
Couldn't even use yall app on a busy season when the cracker barrel wouldn't even take to go orders!
Terrible. Doesnt pull up the menu and when it does it does not pull up all the options.
Instantly deleted. Constant error when trying to pay or enter in location.
They make you install to get on the wait list, but the sign up process it terrible. It takes longer to sign up for an account than to drive over, stand in line, and wait to be seated!
Will not let you find location to see wait time and when you call the store no one answers, if you want to place a to go order you need to do that on the app but you can not connect because it won't find the store to do that and you can not call in the order per the answering recording and if you try to get a person well forget that it keeps you in a loop until you hang up. Not very guest friendly like they claim.
So far, despite repeated attempts, I can't even enter a store location. I keep getting an uh oh error message. Totally useless.
