Installed for the first time. It would never load any of the tabs. Could not load locations, store, menu. Nothing. Uninstall and reinstall? Same problem.

Never works. If it's a holiday forget about it you're never getting an order in, which is BS because they won't take phone orders on holidays.
Doesn't work for trying to make payments. Signs in the store but can't use it. Even employees confirmed it never works.
I swear to all things good and decent if you ruin my grandfather's thanksgiving (who recently lost his wife) by the site and app bein unprepared for this many orders (you say there isn't a single one in tn when i DAMN WELL know there is!) I will let everyone know and not EVER eat there again!

Worst app ever!!! Would not take Order to Go in person, only through App on Thanksgiving Day!!! Did not work!!! WILL NEVER GO TO CRACKER BARREL AGAIN!!! To all, go to other restaurants!!! CUSTOMERS ARE NOT IMPORTANT TO CRACKER BARREL!!!
