Clunky, slow, and unresponsive with ot without wifi. Maybe cracker barrel should hire more employees instead of outsourcing to an app made by the lowest bidder
Pure garbage. Don't even try this app. All I tried was to join a wait-list, and it couldn't even handle that. You want to risk spending money through this?
Just installed and won't even finish loading locations.
This app is and always has been a total joke. If you can get the thing to open up at all, the wait list option is completely useless because you end up having to put your name on the list when you get there anyway because they have no record of it. Why can't you morons fix this thing?
App will not open. I was told that any to-go orders had to be placed on the app. Cannot order because app will NOT open. Thanks but no thanks Cracker Barrel.
Online pay doesn't work, downloaded the app. "You must be in the store to pay for your meal." I'm sitting at the table, why should it matter? I have a receipt code. I guess I'll wait for the server who's been on her break for 25 minutes?
Tried to pay online while standing in a restaurant but it wouldn't let me because it was telling me that I had to be at a store to use it while I was standing in a store. It was so frustrating that I uninstalled it.
Fix or yall get nothing out of me
