I would give this app a zero rating if I could. Completely disappointed.
App gives errors and fails at orders more than it succeeds by a very large margin. It doesn't save credit card information or addresses so every time it fails you have to try again. This app teaches you to avoid cracker barrel unless you have the time to go in person. They should either remove the app entirely or fix.
Not even able to create an account on it. No useless error message. Removing until things improve.
Both the website and the app show a "detail error" and won't let you customize or add food. Completely useless.
This app is dumb. It doesn't even work to pay for the dine-in.
App isn't working for pick up, the cart is always empty after u add things
App never worked and now the website is broken. Every and any item I choose to put in my cart gives me an error message saying the item is no longer available. Too bad, I really enjoy their food, but still not doing indoor dining.
Worst restaurant app experience. Beside being old with a decades old user interface. The app is a billing nightmare. It says your order failed only to charge your card and complete the order. The favorite menu item option never works. The order history never works. It feels like they hired the programmer thru the door for this app. It's a complete waste of time and effort. I order from the phone using a web browser for a better experience
Wont let me add items to cart to place an order...its been this way for months now. Its a deal breaker for me because with kids its easy to order from my phone and do curbside pickup. If it dosent work ill go somewhere else it does.
