The only complaint I have is that you can not even use a gift card on the app or website. I would have figured due to covid that you would be able to place a order and use a gift card online. Here we live in a time that technology makes our lives easier, but not good ol cracker barrel. Whenever you fix this, I would be glad to increase the rating easily to 4 stars.
App sucks
Sorry app, it will not put what you order in the bag/cart so you can pay. Garbage.
You can't order a large size of vegetables on the app like you can in the store. You have to order a bunch of regular size portions. It babysits you by not giving you the option to remember your payment information. Were not children.
Horrible app
Cart keeps emptying. Can't place an order. I've tried repeatedly on the app and online.
Useless. Used app to join waitlist. It said a 40 minute wait. Drove 20 minutes to restaurant and was told it was another hour to go. Being 40 minutes off on wait time is a dishonest way of trying to trick people into waiting to eat at your restaurant.
