Can't Order Anything! Everything I try to order says "item not available" after putting together meal and trying to add to cart. Waste of time. This is prime holiday pre-ordering season and you have an app that is USELESS! Way to go. Doesn't anybody check this stuff before it's released for public use?
The "pay on app" feature passed card details to my bank that differed from what I manually typed in. This resulted in declined charges, because the info did not match bank records, even though I had entered it correctly on my end.
Love cracker barrel! but this app sucks always shows error code
had 7 guests didn't realize u could only have 6, resturant wouldn't help. had to cancel. In town for 1 day, big disappointment. Not customer friendly.
Unable to use a gift card with this version. Have to submit pick-up date and time twice.
Cannot use to pay on app like it states.. no code works even had employee look.. not good
Will not let you order. Continually get an error message or the food I am trying to order is no longer available.
Verification code was so slow getting to me that my session timed out. Asked for session. Waited for verification. But again took so long session timed out. Not worth getting an account.
When adding to cart, order continued to dissappear even after logging in.
