You have to log in to the app every time. If you choose your food before you log in, you'll have to do it all over again. Also, you have to put in your credit card number, exp date, security code, and address every time you order. The app is no better than a webpage.
Cannot order through app or website
Terrible app. When I added my name to a restaurant's wait list, the app told me I had a 40 min wait. When I arrived at the restaurant, the host told me I had to verify my check in again and wait another 60 min! Why bother with the app? It doesn't make sense if I have to check in twice. CB has gone downhill. I hardly ever go here anymore.
Contacted twice asking for a refund for $30 of food I did not receive. Thanks for the one automated response.. wonder if you'll ask to allow you to assist me now..
Tried to use the app to pay my bill. Kept telling me I had to be in a store. I tried in every room in the restaurant and beside the registers. Same message. Totally a waste.
Declined my card as expired even though it wasn't
Constantly kicks me out after trying to place order with cannot validate order.
"Must be in a store to use" meanwhile I'm sitting in the store trying to pay for my food. (With the location on)
Wait was an hour over what the app said it would be. We did a stop while traveling with an RV and only stopped because of the stated wait time. I downloaded the app to get up to date wait times, but it is unreliable for this purpose. Calling ahead would have given us a more accurate way to plan.
