Bad for paying. It won't let me type Y which I needed for my receipt code.
Love the restaurant, not the app so much. For years, I've tried paying with the app. It just keeps telling me I need to be in the store at the time of purchase. I select the correct store everytime in the app while in the store only to receive this message over and over. I don't see why the developers make this a requirement in the first place. As long as one is scanning the code to pay, location shouldn't matter. I've never had this problem with any other restaurant app.
This app is useless garbage. It changes numbers as they're entered, says numbers are wrong that are correct, declines for "incorrect cvv" when it is correct. Unless you want a headache like I have, skip this one.
Works only occasionally
It won't ever go to next page when shopping. It really sucks 😕
Whats the point in checking in on the app if you still have to wait inline at the hostess station to tell them you're here to get checked in?
We travel and look in advance for the cracker barrel. The app is not travel friendly
Worst App ever. You reserve your spot at home, come to restaurant and check in. App said 50 minutes, I get to the restaurant in 15 minutes and now my wait is 1 hour 45 minutes.
Won't let me pay for a meal. It says "Alert! Must be in a store" I bet if it let me enter my code, it would know where I am.
