I would order 2 or 3 times a week. I can only use curbside, but your app asks me for my email address and my password. YOU DON'T GIVE OUT YOUR PASSWORD TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU ARE CRAZY. THIS app will not work without the password. Spoke to the manager and he verified that this is true. I order all my food curbside. Please fix this problem. Thanks
I've only been able to pay in app once out of 10 times. It's updated to current version. After inputting receipt code...I can't answer to next. Very irritating
No way to make changes to your order in case you want toast instead of biscuits, etc. Can't even order things like toast as extras. Too rigid, doesn't allow for enough customization of orders.
Wont even give me the option to look at the menu or order. Doesnt do anything at all. What a complete waist of an app.
Enter cc info to pay for our meal - said my card was expired. Checked to make sure I entered the right year - yep, correct. Tried to pay again. Says card is expired. Seriously? 1 star rating only.
Unexpected error the app
Horrible App and Website. Whoever designed the app and website has no clue what they are doing. App don't allow you to order certain meals for take out and there is no way to pay for take out orders with Cracker Barrel gift cards. I wouldn't even give this a star if I wasn't forced to
In the restaurant, store location is already selected I go to pay dine in bill, and the app tells me I must select a store.
App is useless .... Food is excellent, app does not work no matter what.
