Worst app ever doesn't save info every time you order you start fresh and have to reenter info not ordering till you fix app
Not a good app. Payment option does not work
Only good for getting on the waitlist. The pay in app option won't even get past the "pay for dine in" popup.
My account info was deleted less than a month after the last time I used the app. I am standing in front of the Restaurant I am trying to order pick-up from, and the app is telling me that my order cannot be completed because the restaurant is closed. The restaurant closes in 3 hours. My payment info was not saved from last time I used the app. Bad bad experience all the way around.
Won't allow entry of Amex as a payment card.
Never works always has errors
The app won't even install. Tried clearing cache and rebooting phone. Just keeps going back to install page.
Wait list function is inconsistent. It times out or errors out never submitting the reservation. Get to the location and you have to wait anyway. Focus on reliability here.
It's very not user friendly. Everything is counter intuitive
