I downloaded the app while at the restaurant. I tried paying 3 times and everytime I tried it went to the last screen and started over from scratch. Not sure why you even have that option if it isn't going to work. Horrible app.
App won't let you order. Won't allow finalization of order no matter what kind of payment
It doesn't take my online order.
This is the worst app probably ever made, it is extremely annoying to use, will probably require you to enter your information 20 or so times, which Will mean that the delivery time will need to change, so you need to go back to step one and do everything over again, I would recommend starting your order a couple of days before you plan to eat.
Many times, the wait time is not accurate for the stores, and the staff always says the app is never correct. Also, the menu pdfs do not work, it is an invalid link.
App won't load. Table's are not cleaned Seats have food on them. Floor under table not cleaned. Why don't the have people to clean and clear the tables If the staff can't handle it, why isn't the manager out here doing it. Poor management.
Why give an estimated wait time of it's off by 40 minutes?
Unstable and forgets the dining number if swapping to another app. No QR code ability useless as far as a non technical user. These people need to know their client base better.
Only thing this app is good for is getting on the waiting list. Can't pay in app, Can't see menu
