Unfortunately the app rarely works. I'd say once out of every ten times I'm actually able to order, & complete my online order, as well as paying using the app.
App never works right. It never allows me to place my order and when it did when we went to pick up our food they said they never got the order. Only 1 star because I couldn't do less! Get it together cracker barrel!!
App is horrible. Half the time it won't let you pay. Sometimes it won't give you a confirmation if your payment went through. They randomly take items off the menu on the app that are still serving at the store. I have had conformation from employees at numerous stores that the problems are very widespread. Apparently whoever is designing and maintaining the app has absolutely no clue what they are doing!
Can't use the letter Y in this app. So how do you pay receipt when the code starts with Y? No error. No explanation. Huh?
Round and round we go - scan card and it takes you all the way back to the beginning...Rinse and repeat.

They never come outside to hand off your food. I got there late, and called when I parked and still waited 15 mins, finally had to begrudgingly go inside in this crowded restaurant, and I found my food waiting on a shelf and they said we were about to bring it out!? Food is always good though Make sure if you order the syrup for $4.99 for 12oz, you check your order before leaving the restaurant, b.c. they will give you the 1.5oz free one, even when I ordered dumplings. I returned and got it.
For the past year; I cannot download the app to pay the bill. The management's in various states really do mot know how to help me... this is 2021. This should be a better app..
The app said 20-25 min when I put us on the wait list. Got to the East Windsor location and they said it would be an hour to 1 and a half. He said the app always says 20-25. Don't trust the app you'll waste a trip.
