Terrible! Fix the payment processing so it doesn't crash the app every time you try to pay please!
Wait times are so far off its useless. Also won't be going back in a other one of your establishments until you follow state rules on not masking.
Can't find pay in app
Terrible app!! I tried to place an online order. During the credit card processing the app crashed. When I checked my order history, it said I did not have any orders. I tried to call the store but no one answered. So, I went online to place the order. When I went up pick it up, they had one order from the app and one from the website. So I was charged for 2 orders. Not to mention, the store didn't get my order correct either. Items on the receipt were missing.
You can't order anything! It basically pointless to have this app!
Don't even bother downloading this app (I will be uninstalling it from my phone shortly). I tried ordering a curbside pickup. Got everything added to the cart but couldn't reach the payment screen! I had to go to their website (which has the same look and feel as the app) to reorder and pay! Ridiculous!
App barely functions most of the time. Have to restart the order process from the beginning multiple times for the order to go through, sometimes it doesn't work AT ALL.
They wanted an 87 year old lady to use an app when she doesn't even have a cell phone
