Southern Pines, NC is the closest store to me. I can't pull up that location & I have told the store twice already. All I get is "Im sorry", but the problem never gets fixed. Please look into the problem. I removed the CB app today & downloaded it again, still won't show So Pines.
Won't load. Don't waste your time trying.
The sign up process is more complicated than the one from my bank, the app doesn't let you use Google pay or Apple pay, it doesn't store your card information, it doesn't support autofill feature, the pick up times never reflect reality. Just bad experience in general.
Not a very well designed app or website. The biggest problem is I tried to use gift cards to pay for the meal and it never applied my balances to the purchase.
This app has not functioned in 6 months!!! I guess you dont want our business.
Signed up for app for ease of paying. Tried it the first time after giving up my personal information and it doesn't work.
Terrible. Won't let you pay. Sometimes it seems linked to food marked out of stock but won't tell you which meals those are.
We used the app to be put on a waiting list, it stated 10-15 minutes wait. Upon arrival, we were "checked in" and then added to their waitlist at a 30-45 minute wait. This is a useless app!
Over half the time the pay option don't work at all.
