The app does work very well.
In app pay does not work. Kept saying my card that expires in 2023 is expired
Description says you can skip the checkout and pay with the app. I see no place to link a payment method.
When your orders take an 30 - 60 minutes to receive once you get to the Hendersonville Tn store,why order? I have sent dissatisfaction to corporate ,the store,and the stores fb. No reply.
It doesn't allow me to pay through the app after signing in.
Glitchy. Can't pay for a meal when trying to order online. Which was the whole reason I downloaded the app in the first place. Once I entered my credit card the payment and all necessary info, the button wouldn't light up to let me press it.
Get it together Cracker Barrel.. app crashes when I try to pay for my meal.
I have skipped ordering from here over 10 times because the online/app ordering system is horrible.
