Ridiculously horrible. Multiple attempts and could not complete an order. Keeps dropping order and starting over. Unfortunately their website is only slightly better. Uninstalling now.
Does not work on android, cannot get past check number screen. Tried leading zeros everything. Enter on keyboard does nothing
I would give this app a zero star if it was possible. Don't expect to get accurate info on your wait time. After doing call ahead and getting a 35 minute estimate wait, it's always at least another 30 to 40 longer. The hostess will flat out tell you the app doesn't work!
Beware! I downloaded this app. Placed two orders, two different days with different payment methods and when I did I was compromised by a hacker/scammer twice!!! Beware when using this app for delivery. I have only used this app for delivery. So Uninstalled it. Also, it freezes constantly and doesn't load. Horrible app and two make it even worst it puts you at risk from having banking info compromised. Maybe it happened to me because cracker barrel only offers delivery through door dash.
Great to see menu BUT you need to add at least 10min to wait time given and order never shows up in account after placed! App is not user friendly for editing items in cart, checking on order status or letting restaurant know you arrived for pickup

Terrible app! It frequently crashes. It has trouble during the checkout page. I had family members use a different phone with the same app. We've experienced multiple problems with this app on more than one occasion. Honestly, I wouldn't even bother downloading the app. It's a waste of your time.
Signed in on the app to get on the wait list. It said 20 to 30 minute wait. Took us about 20 minutes to get there. Upon arrival we checked in with the hostess, and told her we checked in online, she told us it was still going to be 30 minutes. It seems this app is a waste of time.
