Need to fix it got all the way through to paying and it would not take.already picked the store and would not let me place a 70.00 order. All I had to do was pay.
Wait time is not even close. Even though I filled out all of the information, at the restaurant my name showed up as 3 dots. It won't allow me to edit my personal information in order to even see if I can correct it. Really bad app that is not user friendly. Still not very user friendly after 4 months of trying it. Wait times so even close. It may indicate a 30 minute wait, so we wait 30 minutes to get there. Then we are told we still have 30 minutes to wait. How is this app helpful?
I was unable to use the app to pay the bill because it said the card expiration date was wrong, despite verifying multiple times.
Do not get the app. Tried to use it, and it wouldn't let me submit the order after adding all my info. Ordered using the internet app on my phone and that was much easier.
Constantly messed up orders when picking up at the Calhoun, GA store. No longer bother with using the app. Not sure if the problems are the app or the store but either way it is Cracker Barrel and they need to do better.
Works... sometimes...but not often. If you leave the screen for a second, you have to start over. Won't save payment information. After completing all the information you have to put in, you still may be unable to pay. (Payment screen grayed out). Not worth the hassle.
Update-#4: I have finally uninstalled this app. It's pointless. What I don't understand is why they keep putting those cards on the table that says pay at table with the app. 🙄 Update: Finally worked one time last Sunday, but today it let me go through alllll the steps, then when I clicked submit, it all went BLANK. Would NOT take my payment again. PLEASE FIX THIS APP! What do you expect from a company that is changing Cracker Barrel 180° from the way Dan Evins founded it. 😏
Expensive.
All this app is good for is being a menu to call your order in.
