Crashes when trying to pay my bill.

Keeps crashing when trying to pay on both android and ios. I am able to enter all information when I go to process rocking chair comes up then crashes. Been doing this for weeks. I hate to stand line.the store part is always over crowded seeing how I eat here twice a day need fix asap
The app is absolute trash. When you pull into a space to check in for curbside the app asked you for your receipt number which if you order online you don't have one. Then it tells you that the order number provided in the email is it needed for pickup which it isn't. Will you have to do is get to the restaurant, call the number on the parking space to let them know that you arrived. So basically you don't need the app for anything you can simply go online place your order and pick it up.
Have a Galaxy note 20 cannot get the app to install Gets to 98% and it said cannot install
Can't install...
Tried to Order online twice wouldn't work. Tried to call wouldn't answer. I Drove to the restaurant went in and ate tried to pay for it I'm app, got booted off. Now I'm going to DELETE.
