Crashed every time I tried to pay. 5 tries, 5 fails.
App crashes each time I try to pay In the app. You shouldn't advertise something as a option when it doesn't work.
Wont let me send the order even though everything is entered correctly
Sometimes the app works, but most of the time it has a bunch of issues. Today it can't find a location to order from. And most of the time the menu doesn't reflect the actual store menu. It needs a lot of work.
App crashed while trying to pay for my meal twice. Both times after i entered my card info. Not wanting to waste anymore time on this.
PLEASE get some help and update the app. It's full of glitches. We live cracker barrel and keep giving the app anther try using different devises. One time even paid for something the store said they never got but later learned it was taken from account. Took the liss. Didn't have time to go dispute it. Use food apps for all different franchises with no or little trouble. Only cracker barrel gives weird glitches and doesn't allow the option for google pay or PayPal. Have to complete fill out
Doesn't pick up my location on phone or tablet. Gave up after 20 minutes and will uninstall.
App let's you join the wait time, but does not show the status of your wait, or even confirm your on the wait list.
Cracker Barrel is a restaurant that strives for you to remember quaint and antiquated times.... this app fits that... antiquated. 100% user unfriendly. Can't customize your order past what they want you to(like simple things ie ranch dressing with your chicken... or make sure the bag has their blackberry jam for the biscuits). After 35 minutes to order food, and several restarts where it deletes sections of your order, finally went to pay. 25 more minutes later. Beed better during Covid.
