Your app is useless . food options no longer offered message when tring to add to order, CB does not deliver to your location error. GrubHub and others deliver fine and CB used to until app upgrade. App sucks. I mean sucks bad. Sucks sucks sucks. Did I mention your app sucks. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it didn't help. Also used to get net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED error..oh yea, your app sucks! Uninstalling!
Amazing! A year has passed, and this app still WON'T EVEN INSTALL! Nice job... NOT! If I was this bad at my job, I would be fired. Frankly, it is obvious you never actually read my review. Can you even read?

Horrible app! It is clunky and doesn't allow me to add notes regarding my order. To make matters even worse when I hit "pay" I got a message that the restaurant was closed or my order couldn't be prepared in time, even though I was ordering from the parking lot, placed my order at 8:00 and the restaurant didn't close until 9:00.
The app does not correctly detect location (Samsung Galaxy S20+). As a result, it will not allow me to pay my bill. Why it uses location as a requirement to pay a bill is a result of faulty concept and poor programming. Scanning a bar code on a receipt, like every other restaurant and store, would be a much better option. Uninstalling app now.
Does not work!!!! Wouldn't even give it a star if I could. Can't join wait list can't pay your bill can't even put in your location!!!!
When you finally get your order placed you find out something's not offered on a certain day so you have to put everything back in again credit card billing address and so forth then you find out that you don't have enough cost-wise to get delivery so you buy some more food you put all your information back into the app then you find out that they don't deliver so then I deleted the app.... worthless
Dear Cracker Barrel, You app literally does not work. Like at all. It has zero functionality. Please fire whichever vendor you had create this thing and demand your money back. Meanwhile, ill be headed somewhere else for brunch.
Glitchy. Everything i try to add says that the item is no longer available. So i call Cracker Barrelnand find that the app is wrong.
App does not work the menu never opens.
