Tried many times to install and it won't.
Thee worst! I spent half an hour trying to submit an order for pickup. Picked a time and got the UhOh we can't do it by then (it was an hour out from the current time) . Went back and put no time just ASAP and it insisted that I pick a time. Every time I had to go back it erased my payment info so after entering it at least five times trying to get passed all the UHOH errors I ended up possibly losing a gift card. Please retest and fix your app!!
Every time I try to order I get an error message that says can't change basket owner. Won't work.
Rarely connects, have only been able to pay my check with this app once out of half a dozen or so tries and even that wasn't without connection difficulty.
Took forever to install and then it wouldn't work. This same issue has happened multiple times. I love the food but their system to pay can sometimes be frustrating as there is no room for an overflow of people waiting in line to pay. It would be nice if their app actually worked for its intended purpose. It's not worth the hassle.

my complaints: 1.bApp doesn't work for wait list function. 2. I keep clicking on Sign In, and it won't go to the sign in screen. No matter how many times I tap sign in, nothing happens. Y'all need to test the app and make sure it works before rolling it out.
Can't figure out how the app food is laid out. Very confusing. Uninstaled in their parking lot.
The app always says the wait is 5-10 minutes, even when it is actually much longer. That makes it impossible to time your arrival correctly.
