This app barely functions, just like the mobile site barely functions.
Poor app, they boast to pay in app to skip the register line. App would not take any if my cards saying all were expired... none were. The app also wouldn't allow google pay to go through. Will uninstall.
Horrid to use
I use to use this app often for curbside pickup but does not work anymore!
First time I tried this out I couldn't add on anything. This time I couldn't remember my password. Why does my new password have to have three or four capitals three non-capitals and those symbols? you guys are getting ridiculous with these passwords out here I'll just call in my order I'm cool with that.
I used to use this app all the time for pickup and delivery. Now I have trouble even logging in. Ordering is tedious at best and it doesn't save my past order information. We always order the same things and I used to be able to easily reorder using previous orders. Can't do that anymore. It doesn't save anything I mark as a favorite either so I can't order that way. If I have to scroll through the entire menu, I'll just use my laptop. The app is useless.
I like cracker barrel restaurants but the app is horrible to place orders. It is nearly impossible to quickly locate what you wish to order. It feels like they intentionally set this to drive people away from the app.
It would be nice if the app issues stated in the reviews were addressed. The app is totally dysfunctional! There is always an issue in adding items to the cart. It is so frustrating that I actually decided not to purchase food since the phone system/wait is ridiculous as well.
Tried to pay with app, failed twice. Both times the app crashed.
