The app is not great. Kicks you out when placing to go orders when it is time to pay. Menu is poorly laid out. Takes 15 minutes just to place order and get it to go thru. Does not save payment info, and makes you anter contact info over repeatedly with each order, does not use moblile number for contact option like ALL the other more intuitive apps, and staff is ignorant about order when you go to pick it up, acts as if you are a hastle

Won't install
Terrible app, constantly get the "item is no longer available" but doesnt say which item. Is it the main dish, 2 or 3 sides, salad dressings, biscuits? Spending 10 minutes playing plinko with the items selected to see what I have to change. Then to pull up at the location I can't use the app for to order and order the exact same thing.
End up calling them on the items not coming up in the app like coffee
The latest version of the app is unusable. Finding your menu item is difficult, then when you try to checkout you get "Uh oh, there's a problem with your order." No explanation of what the problem is so it can be fixed, just a useless error message. Before this it was usable, even if it wasn't the best designed app, but now it's a complete joke. Whoever coded it ripped Cracker Barrel off big time.

This online food ordering app sucks so bad that if I could have rated it at less than one star I would. This is a real shame because the food is very good one of my feet favorite places to eat at
