Dr. German has no place in neurology. Took my grandmother in to get a prognosis on her mental state, of which she is clearly suffering from a severe case of dementia. The "doctor" gave her a questionnaire, during which she could not even answer a majority of questions. To this, he refused to give any sort of diagnosis besides "she is borderline of having dementia" which is of zero use to a family looking to help her legally and medically.
