This place is super clean and affordable! The staff was awesome and made it quick and painless I believe her name is Gina ! She’s the one to help you get stuff done. She offered us water showed us the unit and helped me realize I needed a different size ! 10/10
Actually this is one of the best built, designed lay-outs of any storage facility I have ever seen! The receptionist was spectacular answering my questions and she was very informative regarding the modern security system and entry procedures. All in all the BEST in Lompoc!!
I was very pleased with the Customer service and the professionalism of the manager and the unit is priced within my range and I am pleased
The staff is nice and helpful, especially the lady who seems to be there everyday. She is one of the nicest most personable people I have met in customer service and I have been in customer service for 20 years. Great location, reasonable rates and is very secure. They assisted with my last minute storage needs and I got a prime spot. Highly recommend. Just built, clean, convenient and good hours of operations.
Gina made the experience pleasurable. She explained everything in simple terms that were easy to understand. The facility is very clean and orderly. Very nice to deal with someone that has a personality and is easy going. I’m happy with the choice we made to rent a unit from Gina.
