Very personal, Dr. Was pleasant, very nice, treated me well!! I like the emails for appts bc I tend to forget things alot lol.

So far my experience with crossroads has been a positive one. Matt at checkin window is so great!!! The dosing nurses are very kind and helpful. I have a awesome counselor And the director’s amazing. I do wish they offered some sort of group meetings or something but over all it’s a good program

It’s a wonderful program. I highly recommend it if your ready to change your life even if your iffy about it still try it! You won’t regret it! The staff are awesome. The counselors really care about you. I just all around love it!

People are a little rude if you don’t understand what’s going on or how to do something while you’re there, other than that I absolutely love this place and the people there, it’s very fast and easy to go in does and leave , even with a drug screen I’m only there maybe 15 minutes and I’m dosed and on the way back home, also my counselor is amazing and always ask me how my day is going and makes sure I’m doing good on my path to recovery; I haven’t used any type of drugs since I came to crossroads, it absolutely saved my life
