As a patient that uses MAT correctly I have been in a much better facility. This location does not have any hand sanitizer for the patients or family whom visit the office.
Working all day
Everyone was very friendly and professional....all the staff and physicians were nice but I did have one that was not very friendly at all...(my last visit)...in September...but overall everything is great...I am also hoping for in house mental health 😊

The office reception were extremely kind and welcoming. The nurse practitioner spoke with me via a video call for my first in office appointment and that went smoothly. She was very understanding to my personal situation and seemed like she truly wanted to help, and certainly has so far.
My regular appointment got deleted on accident in Bradford. The way I found this out is I called the main ERIEPA number to double check on my appt time being I hadn’t received a text reminder when I found out my appt had been deleted and I couldn’t see my dr due to being completely booked I went into complete and total panic knowing I would be without medication the next day which would cause me to be very sick!!
