Very happy with the service I received. Was greeted by a salesman but let me walk around and look at my leisure. When I had decided on a sofa Brian helped me decide on a fabric and pillows to match. Very helpful and friendly!

Had a great experience. No fuss, no muss. The sales rep took me just where I needed to go to find a "ladies" lift chair for my mom. I liked the one I picked out for her so much that I purchased a small recliner for myself in the same style, but without the lift feature. We both love our chairs!

I first contact the store by email, inquiring about an item I saw on their website and store hours. Their reply was prompt and they answered all my questions. When I went into the store the gentleman remembered my email and then proceeded to assist me with selecting my purchase. He was very helpful and friendly and I enjoyed the atmosphere of the entire store.
