I first contact the store by email, inquiring about an item I saw on their website and store hours. Their reply was prompt and they answered all my questions. When I went into the store the gentleman remembered my email and then proceeded to assist me with selecting my purchase. He was very helpful and friendly and I enjoyed the atmosphere of the entire store.

Troy in the Overland Park store greeted my husband and me shortly after we walked in the door. We were shopping for counter-height chairs and after browsing the showroom looking at different styles, we saw the Oakwood Industries brand (Amish-made solid cherry, maple, and oak pieces constructed in nearby Memphis, Missouri) and learned that there were numerous options to customize their pieces to our liking.
