We have not received our furniture yet, but the buying process was over a couple months time and Trisha was very patient and helpful while we took time to make our decision.

I viewed the recliner in the Lee's Summit store. Later I called and ordered the recliner and delivery date was set. The chair was delivered at the designated time, and the two delivery men set up the recliner and checked it out and were kind enough to take the old recliner to a nearby thrift shop. Very satisfied.

I highly recommend Crowley Furniture. Their sales staff is friendly, helpful and definitely not into hard sales tactics. I loved my experience with my interior designer, Stacy; she was a sweetheart! I'm not a decisive person but she was excellent at presenting floor plans and materials in such a way I was able to narrow everything down until I found what I loved. I will definitely recommend Crowley to my friends.

We were promptly greeted by John Griffin, we were shopping for mattresses and he took us to that area to shop. Told John exactly what we were looking for and he showed us our options. His customer service was excellent, no high pressure sales. We love the atmosphere of a family owned business with quality furniture. As always we buy our furniture at Crowley's and return again and again.
