We met with Debbie Guhl twice -- once to look around and then came back to make the purchase. She was great but not pushy and did make some suggestions. Crowley is a store much like furniture stores of days gone by -- Crowley is a rare breed. The delivery came a couple of days after St. Joseph, MO had 9" of snow and the two young men who delivered were on time and kept us informed of their arrival time. Sandy gave us all the information we requested of several mattresses and gave us all the time we needed to lay on at least 10 of them and did not pressure us at any time, we are anxiously awaiting the arrival on the one we picked out.

We had a wonderful sales lady, Betsy. She was very straightforward and laid back, which we appreciated. There is nothing worse than high pressure in a retail environment. We didn’t buy the product, because we wanted to make some other assessments, but if we come back I would ask for Betsy again.
