We have had such a wonderful experience with Certi-Dry. They were responsive, professional, great communication, and - above all else - patient with us as we figured out what was going on with insurance. We used Certi-Dry both for mitigation of flood damage and rebuild of our finished basement. Called Certi-dry in the later afternoon due to a backup in our basement (had backup already taken care of) and they sent someone out right away to check it out. The person who showed up that day was very professional and helpful. We determined that no further damage would occur if we waited to morning to get started on the dry out. A crew showed up first thing in the morning and tore out the walls, carpet and anything that was wet and started the dry out process. We had a major sewer back up in a commercial building. I am very pleased with the service we received. They arrived in less than one hour, were fast acting and extremely professional. We had water in our basement from rain and snow melt this spring. Certi-Dry did a great job getting both our carpeted office area, and laundry room area, cleaned up and dried out. I would definitely recommend them.

After the bad freeze this year we had a pipe burst at one of our apt complexes. Certi-Dry was there within 20 minutes and due to the amount of damage they were out for a couple days, but got everything dried up/torn out/and cleaned up quickly. Very friendly staff as well. We'll definitely be switching to using Certi-dry for our go-to restoration company!

Late one night, I found water had flooded half of the finished basement. After being told by several of the national remediation companies that they couldn’t help, I Googled Madison area water damage remediation companies, and I found Certi-Dry. I’m so glad I did. I called at 9:00 PM and spoke to Brian. Brain and his team were on-site by 11:00 PM and started to tear out carpet pad and sucking up the water.
