The cookies are so GOOD! You go in, order your cookies from a touch screen. They have samples of what they have beside it so you can see what they look like. We were gonna order 4 but since they had 6 on display, we went for the half dozen. Their cookies are chewy but the parts are crunchy with the add ins. I highly recommend their cookies.
