HOLY FRENCH TOAST! That is probably the best cookie I have ever had from crumbl. I was so impressed with the texture and presentation from this location. I feel as if I have never had issues with any cookies when I get them from Woodbury, MN. The staff is so friendly and it seems like they really take pride and care on how they treat their customers and and handle the product.

The cookies are quite tasty! HOWEVER, I understand that they were very busy, BUT that doesn’t mean that they can’t greet customers when they come in… they didn’t even say “hi” or anything. It just felt very impersonal that they just have you order yourself from a tablet at the counter, which by the way I didn’t realize that is how the ordering process was like… another customer is the one who showed me it. It just felt very rushed when I was there. The only good thing I can say is that the cookies taste good and I like the variety. That’s all.

I have had great experiences with cookie delivery. They make the best gifts. I stopped for a free birthday cookie- eligible with the app and maybe some loyalty credits. I picked the birthday cake with sprinkles. I was disappointed with it being under cooked and it lacked the WOW flavor so many other flavors have. Not a favorite flavor, but I love, love the classic sugar anyday😕

Was able to try the NEW Honey Comb cookie and it was delightful! It was served warm and fresh. The honey comb had a great crunch to it, while the frosting was smooth and creamy. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to plan ahead and buy more of this scrumptious masterpiece. I look forward to it returning to the menu.

I suggest posting a note that customers won’t be directed on how to order. That it is self service and employees will only interact with you to give you an order. Great product, but company needs to improve the training and messaging.
