A wonderful experience. Les Pullin and his installer Todd were very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. After they completed a beautiful new floor on our lower level that we had to replace due to flooding, we decided to call Les back for a quote to do the upstairs!

We have just completed replacing our floors (both laminate and carpet) through CS Floors. They were able to beat all other estimates (especially with a cash discount). The process from beginning to end was easy and transparent; with no surprises except for supply chain delays due to the Covid 19 pandemic. The results are terrific and a wonderful upgrade from the builder flooring that was installed originally.
We moved from Vancouver WA to Gig Harbor, WA and wanted to replace all the flooring in our unit with hardwood floors, prior to the move. I hate to be a person that writes bad reviews but this is just too much for me to hold myself back with the poor customer service this company has provided me and my family. In 2015 I hired CS Floors to install all my hardwood flooring and carpeting throughout my entire home.
