RecommendedI hired a contractor who ordered my flooring from CS4. My contractor failed to complete the job, miss-cut pieces, wrong transition strips, failed to show up when he told me he would. I finally went to CS4 Flooring & Design for help and Mikayla at CS4 went above and beyond to get the product ordered to replace the miss-cut pieces & ordered the correct transition strips. I am doing a bathroom remodel and went to this location to find a tile. I was kindly greeted and helped with picking a tile. The selection is great. However, when I asked how much each of them were per square foot, she said “I’m not sure”. She found a book to look it up but said she still wasn’t sure if it was right and that she would ask someone later on. I never heard from her.
