If I could give this office a zero, I would, because thats basically what I got out of my visit. I walked in to the urgent care today and sat in the room for about 25 minutes before being seen by anyone. The doctor who came in was lost and started asking me how to pronounce my name, and I told him what my name was and he figured out he had the wrong person. My mom was puking and getting sick from her tramadol. With major gut pain. I took her in so she could get some pain meds for the next 5 days tell she sees pain management. Becuase she taken 5 times her regular does of narco. But the doctor rather her take 5 times more narco instead. If my mom over doses there will be a law suit.

We had reserved a time of 12:30, arrived at 12:20 and weren't seen until 1 pm even though there was no one else in the waiting room. We waited another hour in the office and eventually saw a disheveled Dr. that did not give us a diagnosis or any advice on how to treat my daughter's whiplash besides taking tylenol. In addition, the Dr. talked to my 18 year old daughter like she was 8 year old. The entire visit took 2 and a half hours and we walked away very disappointed with the entire appointment/interaction.

These guys are really unorganized. Daughter went in with badly sprained ankle. They referred us to an orthopedist which wasn't available till the next week. The whole time my daughter is missing work. The day before the appointment we find out they never sent the referral in. Now my daughter is missing more work, and has to see another physician to get another referral. So an additional waste of money. Really, really, really, really, really, bad.
