The service rep is very knowledgeable and helped understand a couple of things that I did not know about my car. I feel I can trust him and the dealership with my vehicle!
My 2007 Volvo S80 had it's headlights go out just before I had to leave town on an early morning flight! The car has been great, but this just happened all the sudden and I was in a bind. Went to go see Ernie and he arranged a rental car for me right away as he said it would take some time to diagnose the problem. I had to be at LAX the next morning for a 6am flight and my return flight several days later was to come back in after 9pm...all this outside the dealer hours! It was good experience. I knew the price of car. They also work with me for financing it. It was done less than 4 hs.
I bought my 2012 S60T5 from Culver City. They had by far the best selection and gave me the best deal. I shopped over 3 other stores and they didn't the vehicle I wanted and their priced weren't even close. Definately recommend them.
They worked hard to give me a good experience, the general manger their was great to deal with in making sure all me service need were handaled in a fair manner
