Came into Cupra Portsmouth having a look at a car not 100% fixed on what I wanted. What can I say. Both Peter and Lucy are absolutely amazing. I recently purchased a CUPRA Born V2 and the experience is truly magical. Both Cooper representatives are very kind, caring and incredibly honest and this is something that I really value when looking for a new car. On the day of collection, Peter spent a long time with myself setting up the car making sure that I was happy before I drove away.
Picked up my new Formentor today from Snows Cupra Portsmouth and what a delight it was from start to finish. Syd was our sales executive and was really friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much. They even allowed us to take our dog on a test drive and come into the dealership which was amazing customer service. Overall a brilliant experience with Snows Cupra Portsmouth! Great coffee as well!
Very impressed with the service here and the showroom is stunning. The rest cant be said for the surrounding dealers all of the other dealers Bmw, Audi, Mercedes Renault just left us on the forecourt no one even bothered to come talk to us. But Seat/Cupra was an amazing difference. SYD approached us and was very professional.
