Really great company to deal with when buying our new car. Very professional and attentive. Once we decided on the car Bradley was very good at the paperwork side of things - very thorough and timely with communications. All the staff at Snow Cupra in Southampton are very friendly and are a huge asset to Snows....great team! Reassuring to know I will be in good hands when I return for services etc.
The actual sale process went very smoothly from reservation to test drive to purchase. The actual delivery process of the vehicle was a bit of a let down as this was delayed but no bother as it got here eventually after a few chasing emails. The man that delivered the vehicle was lovely though. The car itself is great. Where they have really lost their stars from potentially being a 5* to a 2* dealer is the aftercare - which I am not overly surprised about as I doubt many dealers really care once they've sold the car. Treated very well like a valued customer. Ahmed was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable throughout our dealings with Snows from our initial contact through to collecting the new car where we were treated like VIPs. Mike and Linda were also very kind and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Collected my new Born V3-59kw E-Boost yesterday. By luck, the delay in production from when I ordered (30th March) rolled the car over into the 2025 model changes. The Team were great and looked after me well from start to finish with lots of advice. Thoroughly recommended them, especially Mike T.
