I have lived here for over a year, and the quality of management and upkeep has significantly declined. The property is no longer well maintained, and management does not effectively enforce community standards. Individuals with criminal backgrounds have moved in, creating a less safe environment. Absolutely HORRIBLE communication. Tried to tent an apartment spent $300 on fees and got ghosted. Found out the person didn’t work there anymore. Asked for a refund and was told I’d only get $175 out of $300 and almost a month later still no refund. Can’t get a single call or email back.
Don't do it dangerous people live there got threatened by residents car keyed and the new manager has proof of who did these things police reports and they went into the office said they feared there safety she let them move but not before they harassed 3 different families that just had to leave to feel safe 😒scary place to live
*UPDATE* ((10/19/2025)) Well, I did my initial review about 5 months back.... and.... well.... ROBERT is no longer the property manager and it SHOWS ((not only within the property itself, but I've read the most recent reviews as well))!!! SmH This new woman ((Angela)) is rude, also is NEVER here but polices the place from afar as if she's renting out units in her own personal home! NO compassion for the people and quite confrontational in conversation... New maintenance crew seems to be a bit more on the up and up! Look... read more
Me and my family just moved in here in March and it’s our first apartment, we were looking for something affordable and Cypress Edge fit our price range as it’s very affordable. Robert has been such a big help for us in moving in and has always answered any questions we’ve had. The maintenance has fixed any issues we've had very quickly, our washer wasn’t working properly so we told maintenance and the next day we got a new washer installed.
