Melodye not only stepped up to the challenge of getting our floors installed before my wife and newborn came home from the hospital 3 weeks prematurely, she personally made sure everything was done to my satisfaction, and providing some long term advice for us knowing that, at some point, we were going to need to take some panels up to re-pipe our house. We worked with Amanda to select and install flooring in our home and they did an amazing job! She responded to our call right away, easy to have her come to our home and we were able to use samples to decide on the right flooring for several rooms and hallway. They beat everyone's price on the engineered wood flooring we were looking for. Although we had some issues with supplies and availability with our order (who doesn't these days?), the owner worked with us to resolve the situation in a fair and reasonable way. I would work with them again.
