We met a very nice salesman named Barry, who showed us various colors of carpet based on what we were wanting. He came out the same day and measured and gave us a great price, so much better than the box stores, and we had the carpet installed less than 2 weeks later by Doug, who did a good job on the installation. I would definitely recommend Dalton Direct carpets.
Doug and Jay were the two sweetest gentlemen and so professional. They did an absolutely beautiful job on all my floors and were very proficient in that duty. They were also very sweet to my son who is 4 and has special needs. He was very interested in what they were doing and they were very sweet to work around him and all his toys. I would and will recommend this company to my friends and family.
Barry and Ken were fantastic! We had an issue with carpet we picked out (color in our room) and they really stepped up to help resolve our issue...professionally and friendly. Do yourself a favor and go to Dalton Direct 1st....you will be glad you did!
I had Dalton Carpet install LVP flooring throughout my house. What they replaced was carpet that had been in the house almost 40 years. Although I had taken really good care of the carpet it was time for a change and mercy, what a change the LVP flooring made. Our experience with Dalton Carpets was terrific. We had a very specific need and Larry helped us find the perfect area rug. He estimated the arrival of the finished rug back to the store, called to schedule the delivery date just as he promised. Our delivery team, Matthew and Richard, went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly placed where we wanted it.
